All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to update pricing, product information, or discontinue products without prior notice. While we make every effort to display our products accurately, slight variations in color, texture, or style may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of our wigs. Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched. Dulce With Good Hair reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners.

  • Ready-to-ship orders: Processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom or pre-order wigs: Processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on the style.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any additional courier fees resulting from incorrect delivery information will be the customer's responsibility.

No Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final.

Dulce With Good Hair does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or used products.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing clear photos along with your order number. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
